data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"501\">Odbor za zapo\u0161ljavanje i socijalna pitanja <strong data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"343\">Europski parlament<\/strong> poziva <strong data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"392\">Europska komisija<\/strong> da predlo\u017ei novu EU direktivu koja bi regulirala kori\u0161tenje algoritama i AI sustava u upravljanju radnicima.<\/p><p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"528\">Klju\u010dne to\u010dke prijedloga:<\/p><ul data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"1021\"><li data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"681\"><p data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"681\">Nitko ne smije biti zaposlen, otpu\u0161ten, degradiran ili sankcioniran isklju\u010divo na temelju algoritamske odluke, bez ljudskog nadzora i kona\u010dne odluke.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"787\"><p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"787\">Radnici moraju imati pravo znati koje se vrste podataka o njima prikupljaju i na koji se na\u010din koriste.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"866\"><p data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"866\">Mora postojati transparentnost i pravo na prigovor automatiziranim odlukama.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1021\"><p data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"1021\">Stro\u017ea za\u0161tita privatnosti: ograni\u010davanje prikupljanja emocionalnih, psiholo\u0161kih, biometrijskih i geolokacijskih podataka, osobito izvan radnog vremena.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1121\">Komisija ima tri mjeseca da odlu\u010di ho\u0107e li predlo\u017eiti zakon ili obrazlo\u017eiti za\u0161to to ne\u0107e u\u010diniti.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1150\">Za\u0161to je ovo va\u017eno?<\/h2><p data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1297\">Algoritmi ve\u0107 sada upravljaju velikim dijelom radnog \u017eivota:<br data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1215\" \/>pra\u0107enjem u\u010dinka, planiranjem smjena, evaluacijom rada, zapo\u0161ljavanjem i otkazima.<\/p><p data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1333\">Problem je \u0161to se to \u010desto doga\u0111a:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1473\"><li data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1356\"><p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1356\">bez jasnih pravila<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1421\"><p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1421\">bez stvarne mogu\u0107nosti radnika da razumiju ili ospore odluke<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1473\"><p data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1473\">bez jasne odgovornosti kada algoritam pogrije\u0161i<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1688\">Postoje\u0107i okviri poput GDPR-a i <strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1548\">AI Act<\/strong> djelomi\u010dno se doti\u010du ovih pitanja, ali ne rje\u0161avaju specifi\u010dno odnos poslodavac\u2013radnik i mo\u0107 algoritamskog upravljanja u svakodnevnom radu.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1713\">Kriti\u010dki pogled<\/h2><p data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1732\">Pozitivne strane:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1911\"><li data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1795\"><p data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1795\">Naglasak na ljudskoj kontroli nad automatiziranim odlukama.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1839\"><p data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1839\">Ja\u010da za\u0161tita prava radnika i privatnosti.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1911\"><p data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1911\">Prepoznavanje da \u201cneutralni algoritmi\u201d u praksi \u010desto nisu neutralni.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p Act<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2377\"><p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2377\"><strong data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2377\">Platform Work Directive<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2543\">Razlika je u tome \u0161to se ovdje prvi put cilja <strong data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2481\">algoritamsko upravljanje u klasi\u010dnim radnim odnosima<\/strong>, ne samo na digitalne platforme ili visokorizi\u010dne AI sustave.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2579\">Moje mi\u0161ljenje<\/h2><p data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2609\">Ovo je nu\u017ean i realan korak.<\/p><p data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2751\">Ne zato \u0161to je tehnologija lo\u0161a, nego zato \u0161to je mo\u0107 odlu\u010divanja prebrzo pre\u0161la na sustave koje radnici ne razumiju i ne mogu kontrolirati.<\/p><p data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2905\">Ako se pravilno oblikuje, ova regulativa mo\u017ee postaviti standard za balans izme\u0111u tehnolo\u0161ke u\u010dinkovitosti i osnovnih radni\u010dkih prava u digitalnom dobu.<\/p><p data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2905\">\u00a0<\/p><h2
